A teen boy who was struck by a vehicle at Castries waterfront on Tuesday is recovering well.
Reports are that Jovanni Jn Baptiste, 13, was walking behind his mother when the incident occurred.
They were both about to cross the road, close to the Government Buildings.
The teen boy was struck by a red Suzuki Swift, smashing the windscreen. He sustained scrapes to both sides of his face and was bleeding from the mouth, according to relatives.
He was taken to the Victoria Hospital for medical examination and later released.
