Woman allegedly raped by cops called a ‘stupid bitch’ while being served subpoena papers

By New York Post

(NEW YORK POST) – The woman who was allegedly raped by two NYPD detectives while handcuffed in the back of a police van in Brooklyn last year was called a “stupid bitch” by a person attempting to serve subpoena papers from a lawyer for one of the cops.

“THIS ISNT HARASSMENT?!” Anna Chambers wrote on Twitter Wednesday night, along with a video of the man trying to serve her papers.

“There’s your subpoena right there,” the man says on the video. “What are you afraid of? This isn’t Russia. I’m not the KGB.”

The man was attempting to hand Chambers a subpoena for photos she claims show her mangled wrists following the alleged rape by Richard Hall and Eddie Martins.

Chambers repeatedly tells the man to leave, but he claims he is “from the sheriff’s office.”

“I could do whatever I want,” the person says before calling her a “stupid bitch.”

Martins’ lawyer Mark Bederow said he sent the server, but declined to name the man.

Bederow said he sent the server because Chambers’ lawyer Michael David declined to take the papers himself. David said he did this because he believes the papers should be sent to the DA’s office.

David was apoplectic at the server’s harassment of his client.

“The video, it’s disgusting, what that guy says,” David spluttered. “When he used that word, he’s degrading her. He’s degrading a rape victim.”

Bederow also said he condemned the server’s behavior.

Hall and Martins are accused of raping and sexually abusing Chambers after she was picked up in Calvert Vaux Park last September on suspicion of having drugs.
