

Sexual Harassment is any conduct of a sexual nature that is not welcomed by the person to whom it is directed. Sexual Harassment may arise in any number of places and circumstances where boys, girls, men and women interact.
Expression
If you make a sexual comment to a person, and the comment is not welcomed, you have sexually harassed that person.

ok. you said that if someone makes a sexual comment to someone and that person does not welcome it then it is sexual harassment right.
so then if the person accepts the comment then what is it?
isnt it the same sexual harassment but just that the person accepts the comment. so either way even if you accept or you dont it still comes down to the same sexual harassment.
