WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT SEXUAL HARASSMENT?

Definition

Sexual Harassment is any conduct of a sexual nature that is not welcomed by the person to whom it is directed.

Sexual Harassment may arise in any number of places and circumstances where boys, girls, men and women interact.

Expression

If you make a sexual comment about a person within his or her hearing, and the comment is not welcomed, you have sexually harassed that person.

  1. Pure bull. Where is the element of intention to offend? Harrassment needs a second or repeated action to be considered harrasament. Just another feministic plot to immasculate men. This is only for a time.

    • It is a given that we know and are educated on what constitute good sexual conduct, so, one act of sexual misconduct is sufficient to be deemed sexual harassment.

A twelve year old boy looks down the cleavage of a female teacher and puts a pencil between her breasts. This happened once; his behaviour according to this definition given is sexual harassment. The act was given the seriousness it deserved – a week’s suspension followed by a serious talking to. When asked why he did it? His response was he could not resist the urge!

Nip sexual harassment before it happens a second time!
