(NEW YORK DAILY NEWS) – A 27-year-old man clung to life Saturday night after he was shot in front of his girlfriend and 7-year-old child in Queens, police said.
The victim was shot just before 7:50 p.m. in front of One Zero Eight Gourmet Deli on Guy R. Brewer Blvd near 108th Ave. in Jamaica, police said.
Two men pulled up on a moped, shot the man in the chest while his girlfriend and child looked on, and sped off, said cops.
First responders rushed the wounded man to Jamaica Hospital where he was in critical condition, said cops.
Five shell casings were marked on the pavement outside the deli after the grisly shooting.
