A 1993 Nissan Sunny stolen at Laborie last weekend was found, but without over $3,000 worth of its automotive parts and accessories.

On Monday, May 19 Saint Lucia News Online reported that a Vieux Fort man’s Nissan car registration number PK4209 was stolen while it was parked on La Croix Road at Laborie between 10 p.m. on Friday, May 16 to 3 a.m. on Saturday, May 17.

The owner, Mark had reported the theft to police. He had heard no word from them since on investigations into that matter.

However, around 7 p.m. Wednesday night (May 22) the Nissan car was discovered at Morne LeBlanc in Laborie, and missing its tires, rims, stereo,  headlights, brake lights, battery radiator and more.

“It was stripped down. All is not lost; we still have what’s left. A big thanks to SNO and the general public for their assistance,” the owner told SNO.

      • The only problem with the nissan b13 is that it is very easy to steal thefore all owners should seek proper security for this model.

    1) Escudo
    2) The skettel
    3) Nissan Sunny

  5. That than scrap already... it's no secret that this particular vehicle is an easy target yet owners refuse to invest in proper security for their vehicles

    • Owners shouldn't have to invest in security for their vehicles. People should NOT be stealing other peoples property. How about you go work, save up and buy your own.
