Losses associated with a fire which completely destroyed a wooden house in Ciceron, Castries on Sunday January 12, 2014 have been estimated at approximately $35,000, so far.

The wooden structure consisted of two apartments in which two tenants resided.

No one was reportedly at home when the fire started sometime between 1:30 pm and 2 pm. Both tenants lost all their belongings, according to reports from fire officials.

Officials are still trying to confirm the cause of the fire.
