Police are reporting that one of the three persons injured in this morning’s three-vehicle accident in Marisule, Gros Islet is in critical condition.

Police said 52-year-old John Demille of Lanse Road sustained the most injuries. Demille was the driver of a red Toyota mini bus (registration #M84).

Other persons involved in the accident were 25-year-old Miguel Jeffery of Balata, who drove a black Subaru motor car (registration # PJ9548), and 36-year-old Clint Louis of Gros Islet, who drove a white Nissan Urvan minibus (registration #HB59).

Louis along with 25-year-old Christal Cherubin of Grand Riviere, Gros Islet received injuries.

The accident occurred at about 1:30 a.m.

Eyewitnesses say firefighters had to cut Demille from the mangled bus, while Louis appeared to have broken both legs.

This accident comes less than 48 hours (Nov. 30) after the crash in Bexon that claimed the life of 34-year-old Lisa Felicien, the driver of a Suzuki Swift car that careened off the main road and slammed into a wall at about 2:30 a.m.

The three other occupants of the vehicle, including Felicien’s younger sister and an entertainer Lance’Mac 11′ Montoute, were hospitalised in critical condition.

  4. In light of all these heartaches we should think seriously about giving our lives to Christ and cease from what does not please Him in this wicked world of ours, as we don't know when our day will come. Believe on the Lord Jesus, obey His Word and win souls for Him!

    • What does Christ have to do with stupid drivers? Stupidity is the cause of all those accidents.

      • If people would live in obedience to Christ they would not be stupid and listen to the devil and have those kinds of behaviors.
