Police have released the names of the two brothers killed in a vehicular accident on the Bexon Highway on Sunday, Dec. 15.
Police said Charles Thomas John of Vanard, Anse La Raye and Liton John of Ti Colon were pronounced dead on arrival at Victoria Hospital after the pickup in which they were travelling ran into a parked truck, registration number TC3874.
“The motor truck was parked on the right side of the road facing Castries,” police in a press release.
Police said Charles, the driver of the pickup, registration number PE6751, was traveling in the direction of Castries with his brother and six others when the accident occurred around 3 a.m.
The other occupants have been admitted at hospital.
In August 2012, the body of 42-year-old contractor Allain John – brother of Charles and Liton – was discovered by his wife in his Anse La Raye home with a bullet wound to the back of the head.
All three brothers were involved in the construction industry.
