

Samuel Edmund pleaded guilty to robbery and possession of a firearm without a license while Frankie Tertulien pleaded guilty to robbery, theft of a firearm, possession of a firearm without a license, and possession of 10 rounds of .38 live ammunition.
They are scheduled to reappear in court on June 25, 2013 for the facts of their case to be read.
It is alleged that four men had entered the credit union at about 2:30 p.m. on August 15, 2011 and made off with over EC$16,000.
The two other defendants, Neilan Jeffery and Tyson Joseph will return to court on September 19, 2013 for trial.
Meanwhile in other court news, a Pavee Road, Castries man on Friday pleaded not guilty to three counts of unlawful sexual intercourse and three counts of indecent assault on a minor.
The alleged incident took place between December 18, 2006 and January 24, 2007 at Pavee Road, Castries. The girl in question was 15 years old at the time of the incident.
A court date has not yet been determined for that matter.

and another thing, the courts are too lenient on paedophile cases. They need to be more tougher & harsher on perverted men who prey on kids.
He deserves the full force of the law. Paedophiles should NOT be let free to continue to abuse children. If I had my way, they would be castrated. No adult has the right to sexually interfere with children, end of!!!!!
and people expect you to grade the Minister of Justice with an A when matter continue to linger in the courts. Matters especially involving sexual assaults against minors should be dealt with swiftly and with the harshest punishments. Oh how I miss Judge Suzie D'auvergne!!!
