Two left homeless after Gros Islet fire


Two people have been displaced following a fire on Saturday evening in Gros Islet.

The fire was reported around 6 p.m. at Marie Therese Street, Gros Islet.

Fire officials in that district responded, but despite efforts to save the house, it was partially destroyed.

None of the occupants were hurt, and the origin of the fire is unknown at this time.

Investigations are ongoing.

  1. Thank God no one was hurt. Materialthi ng can be replaced but out our lives cant. So lets us all thank and rebuild.


  2. ok truck i get it but couldn't you get a picture of the house that was burnt down so we could visually see where it happened?.
