  1. I would have loved to be part of this consultation, because I would have been stressing the need to focus on men's issues AGGRESSIVELY.

What we, the world, have been guilty of, is pushing women and girls issues at the expense of the men. If we believe that men are the cause of some of the issues women face eg domestic violence , rape etc, why can't we , the world, push agendas which attempt to tackle the source of the problem, or focus heavily on men? We continuously push agendas which tells women how to react, what to do, AFTER it is done to them by men.

Don't you think it would be a great idea to start pushing issues which face men more aggressively. More men, are in prison, more men murder and are being murdered, ,more men commit suicide. It is time the world push men "agendas' aggressively. Because in the absence of this we are doing the same women and girls we are trying to protect a disservice.

Please do not interpret my posting as undermining the importance of dealing with issues that women and girls face. As a woman myself I know of the importance bringing it it to the fore, however let us not neglect our men and boys.
