Thirty unemployed persons from the South of the island will be partaking in a one day table setting workshop set for Friday, October 30 in Vieux-fort.
The workshop is free of charge and is being organised and sponsored by Tough Man Security Services Ltd.
The objective is to enable participants to set tables in a manner which meets international standard.
Managing director for Tough Man Security Gervin Rickson Auguste says that the workshop will cover table etiquette, formal and informal settings, tableware/utensil identification, napkin folding, rules for serving and removing food and more.
The workshop will feature lecturers from the Ministry of Tourism and other hospitality professionals.
The workshop is evidence of Tough Man Security continued commitment to youth empowerment and creating opportunities for unemployed youth to become more attractive to employers.
Tough Man Security provides security services island wide, and has offices at both the Gable woods mall north and south.
