Asa Willie of Castries Comprehensive School and Tameca Caul of Ciceron Secondary School are the winners of the Mr. and Ms. Red Cross Youth Pageant.
The St. Lucia Red Cross-organised event was held at Marigot Secondary School Sunday afternoon (May 18).

Best Talent (female): Tameca Caul – Ciceron Secondary School
Best Talent (male): Asa Willie – Castries Comprehensive School
Best Ambassadorial Wear (female): Sylvania Tobierre – Sir Arthur Lewis Community College
Best Ambassadorial Wear (male): Asa Willie – Castries Comprehensive School
Best Interview (male): Asa Willie – Castries Comprehensive School
2nd runner-up: Charne-Yves Ghirawoo – Castries Comprehensive School
1st runner-up: Kathleen Gill – St. Joseph Convent

2nd runner-up: Keryamie Gonzague – Ciceron Secondary School
1st runner-up: Bertram Clovis – Sir Arthur Lewis Community College
The winner: Asa Willie – Castries Comprehensive School
The eight contestants are members of Red Cross school groups, ranging from 14 to 19 years.
A Peoples Choice Award was presented to the contestant with the most votes coming out of the voting process on the Saint Lucia Mr. and Miss Red Cross 2014 Facebook page.
Red Cross Youth Volunteer Mesha King said the pageant is meant to display the talents of Red Cross youth members and sensitise persons on the impact that the Red Cross Society is having on their lives.
The pageant is held annually in different communities as part of celebrations for International Red Cross and Red Crescent Day.
