LIME customers will soon have more outlets available to pay their service bills.
Thanks to LIME’s partnership with J. E. Bergasse & Company Ltd., the company responsible for SurePay’s service in Saint Lucia, LIME customers will have the option of paying their landline, Internet, LIME TV and postpaid mobile bills at any of 10 business locations across Saint Lucia, starting from February 1, 2013.
This service is FREE and all payment records are transmitted directly to LIME’s systems and customer accounts will be kept up-to-date.

Bergasse to facilitate the provision of bill payment services to our customers,” said LIME Head of Marketing & Communications, Laurencia Cadette. “It will certainly be very beneficial to customers, offering them the convenience they deserve. With or without bills in hand, our customers can simply go to any of SurePay’s collection locations to obtain their account balances and pay their bills with cash, a debit or credit card or by cheque. This new initiative is part of a continuing drive to offer all our customers greater value.”

Surepay locations are at United Insurance, both at the J. E. Bergasse Building in Vide Bouteille, and the Scotia Bank Building on New Dock Road in Vieux Fort; Glace Supermarkets on Bridge Street in Castries, and Marisule, Gros Islet; gl foodmarket at the Baywalk Shopping Mall, Rodney Bay; The Document Centre on Bourbon Street, Castries, and the Charlery Building, Vieux Fort; SouthWell Inc. on Clarke Street, Vieux Fort; and the West Coast Credit Union in Anse La Raye and Canaries.
