St. Lucian beauty queen Joyann Biscette by all accounts is prepared for the 2013 Miss Caribbean World challenge and intends to excel in all segments on the evening of Saturday, May 4.
According to a press release, Biscette has been “training extremely hard these past few months”. Biscette said while all pageants criteria are different the segments are generally the same and therefore she believes she stands a good chance in placing very high in this competition.
Biscette along with her Pageant Coach Janice Barrow-Dupal of Lady J Pageant Coaching & Consulting left the island earlier this week. The five-night stay in Tortola is another amazing experience for the St. Lucian representative.
This year the number of countries participating are less than that of last year, nonetheless, no delegate will let down their guard as everyone’s wish is to capture the crown and title.
The Miss Caribbean World is by far the most prestigious pageant. The event will be held at the Multi-Purpose Sports Complex on Tortola, starting at 7 pm.
Biscette would like to take this opportunity to thank her dear friend Wendel Petit of Trinidad, Lady J Pageants, Coaching & Consulting, Kendal John, Dr. BEAT, Donna St. Croix-Gray, Gilland Avril, Eleanor Mc Quilken, Stacy Giddens, Patricia Louis, Nathalie Williams, Darrel Bulz of Trinidad, Choice TV, SCADY, Denyse Elliott. LIAT, Hyper D, Consuelo Dupal of Sofyerie Promotions, Sandals Halcyon Management & Staff, Strawberries Boutique, Delma Polius, Sonia Graham & Dwayne Augustin of Diamonds International, Goofy of LIFESTYLES Fitness, Heather Nelson of Nails & More, Tessa Clement @ Touch Therapies Day Spa, The Media, her family, friends and all supporters.
