St. Lucian swim clubs off to Barbados

PRESS RELEASE – The Saint Lucia Amateur Swimming Association is proud to announce that four swim clubs namely, Lightning Aquatics Swim Club, Sea Jays Swim Club, Sharks Swim Club and Racers Swim Club will be  in Barbados at the 23rd Annual Aquatic Centre International Invitational from Friday, May 23 to Sunday, May 25.

Last year, Sharks Swim Club and Racers Swim Club tied for 7th place with Lightning Aquatics Swim Club in 9th place and Sea Jays Swim Club in 10th of a total representation of 20 swim clubs from around the Caribbean region.

This swim meet is hosted by the Barbados Amateur Swimming Association and the events will take place at the 50m pool in Wildley. This meet is an approved second Youth Olympic Games and CAC 2014 Qualifier.
