PRESS RELEASE – Once again KFC St. Lucia will compete in the regional KFC Team Challenge Competition, in 2013 KFC St. Lucia came out on top among all the other competition in Panama.

This year it will be taking place in the Dominican Republic and KFC St. Lucia will compete with other KFC stores from around the Caribbean and Latin America.

On September 14th all KFCs were closed to facilitate their own competition to select the top performers to go and compete in the regional competition in the Dominican Republic.

A total of fourteen restaurant employees competed against each other on Sunday Sept 14th to get the chance to go to the Dominican Republic and defend KFC St. Lucia’s winning title.

Each competitor was judged on each position within the restaurant; the competition simulated a regular day at KFC with customers, different requests and even different behaviour patterns to test each employee.

In the end out of the fourteen competitors four employees were chosen and they came from the Castries branch and the Vieux Fort Branch. Leonard Williams, Levia Flormisuse, Renia Cenac and Christelle Alphonse are the lucky winners to compete in the KFC Team Challenge Competition in Dominican Republic.

We cheer them on as they prepare to compete at the end of October among all other KFC teams from the region and keep St. Lucia on the map for excellence!
