(PRESS RELEASE VIA SNO) – The Soufriere Regional Development Foundation (SRDF) is gearing up to celebrate its staff by hosting an Employee Awards Dinner on Tuesday, May 1st, 2018.
The event, held annually, is designed to both recognize and honour the outstanding contributions of its employees and celebrate their unremitting hard work. The organization has held firmly to the principle of stimulating excellent performance across the organization by reward.
According to Human Resource Development Officer, Tamancia Francois, “The contributions of our employees are priceless, we want to treat our employees exactly how we want them to treat our customers.”
This year, the following categories will be considered; Best Auxiliary, Best Sulphur Springs Tour Guide, Best Gros Piton Tour Guide, Best Administrative Employee, Best Accounts Employee, Best Warden, Best Radio Personality, Clevana Nicholas Long Service Award, Supervisor of the Year, Employee of the Year and Manager of the Year.
It is the expectation of the SRDF that such acts of gratitude will also serve as an immense source of motivation to others, to maintain the level of dedication to the provision of excellent service.
The organisation would like to express its deepest gratitude to all its sponsors and look forward to their continued partnership.
The Soufriere Foundation is a not for profit organisation located in Soufriere. Its mandate is to undertake social, economic, cultural and other sustainable developments in the Soufriere region. The organization which was established in 1993 generates revenues from its operational sites: the Sulphur Springs Park, Gros Piton Nature Trail, Comfort Center, Soufriere jetties and 88.5 Soufriere FM.
