(PRESS RELEASE) – Recently, an individual by the name of “Mr. Isidore” has fraudulently claimed to be a Supervisor of the Soufriere Regional Development Foundation (SRDF).

The perpetrator has issued job promises and interviewed a young woman of Vieux Fort for the post of Receptionist. Mr. Isidore is described as short and dark in complexion clad in a polo shirt and dressed pants.

The SRDF would like to inform the general public that “Mr. Isidore” is neither an affiliate of the organization nor has he been contracted to execute any such functions on the organization’s behalf. Therefore, any such advances should be ignored and/or promptly reported to the management of the SRDF or to the police.

The Soufriere Foundation is a not for profit organization located in Soufriere. Its mandate is to undertake social, economic, cultural and other sustainable developments in the Soufriere region. The organization which was established in 1993 generates revenues from its operational sites: the Sulphur Springs Park, Gros Piton Nature Trail, Comfort Center, Soufriere jetties and 88.5 Soufriere FM.
