Splash Island Water Park to hold first ever “Splash Olympics”

splash-island-water-parkPRESS RELEASE – The Caribbean’s most exciting open water-based attraction, Splash Island Water Park, will hold the first ever Splash Olympics on Saturday, December 19th, 2015 starting at 10 am on Reduit Beach, located in the north-west coast of St. Lucia.

This unique one of a kind competition for children ages 6-17, will involve a combination of relays and individual time trial challenges as participants will look to complete the course around the park in the best possible times.

The first ever “Ninja Warrior Challenge” held by Splash Island Water Park for ages 18 and over was a huge success, and Splash Island looks to bring the same competitive environment to children 17 and under.The objective of this event is to provide them with a fun filled day and to showcase the talents of the St. Lucian youth.

The Park’s Managing Director and Founder, Mrs. Julianna Ward-Destang expressed her excitement for this event. “This is a great opportunity to not only showcase our young talent but to get children active and have competitive fun at the start of the holiday season. There will be lots of wonderful prizes and fun activities for all at the park.
