PRESS RELEASE – The St. Lucia Football Association is currently hosting a Strategy and Planning Workshop for Staff and Executive members.  The Workshop started on Friday 20th November at the Palm Haven Hotel and ends on Monday 23rd of November.

The Objectives of the Workshop is to:

• Strengthen Understanding of Strategic Process, Role and Responsibilities.
• Facilitate Exco and Key Staff to work collectively  on key elements of Strategic Plan
• Understand next steps – How to do operational plans
• Have a clear understanding of follow up tasks to be performed after the Workshop.

The Strategy Planning Workshop is being facilitated by FIFA Representatives.
