The public is informed that the Silent March and Mini Rally planned for today at 3 pm in memory of Chakadan Daniel had to be cancelled due to inclement weather.
We are thankful to all who provided support and the estimated 100 persons who showed up despite the poor weather.
The committee will inform the public soon of options/plans with respect to the originally planned event.
Saint Lucians are nonetheless encouraged to turn out in large numbers for the funeral service of Chakadan Daniel scheduled for tomorrow, November 26, 2013, commencing 2 pm at the Micoud Ebenezer Seventh Day Adventist Church.
