  1. Interesting that Flow would go to such great lengths to inform Cap Estate residents of this outage but have never issued an apology nor explanation for inexplicable service outages in Soufriere and other areas, which sometimes leaves us without cable tv nor broadband service for over 7 hours. It's getting f*****g ridiculous with this company which keeps ripping St.Lucians off through their monopoly in the telecoms market. Overpriced and over-hyped service which constantly offers a lot less bandwidth than advertised along with the worst basic cable tv channel selection I have ever come across. And the government nor any CARICOM leaders sit idly by and do nothing to look after the interests of conusmers in the OECS. ECTEL is a damn farce if ever there was one. These guys need to be lynched!
