Second District Court in Vieux Fort relocated

(PRESS RELEASE) – The Department of Justice is pleased to inform the public that the Second District Court based in the south of the island, has been relocated from the Administrative Building on Theodore Street.

The Second District Court Office is now operating from the former police station on Commercial Street in Vieux Fort. The relocation became effective on Friday, February 21, 2020.

Additionally, Court sittings at this location have also resumed from Monday, February 24, 2020. The premises had been unoccupied for an extended period to facilitate the improvement of the work environment.

The public is being asked to note that all services and contact information of the Second District Court remains the same.
