Saint Lucian man charged for rape in Grenada

A St. Lucian man was scheduled to appear in court in Grenada earlier today, May 23, 2018 on a rape charge, police said in a statement.

The man has been identified as 35-year-old Antonius Charlery, who resides at Morne Jaloux, St. George, Grenada.

Police said Charlery will appear at the St. George’s Magistrate’s Court #1 today at 1:00 p.m. to answer to a charge of rape.

Charlery is alleged to have committed the offence on May 13, 2018.
