Saint Lucia’s fielding effort included at least three dropped catches and a missed stumping. Saint Lucia in reply made 233 all out, lasting until the 48th over. Shervin George hit 52, his first half century. Selwyn Boyce added 32.
St Vincent and the Grenadines, meanwhile, had beaten the home team at Benjamin Park, leaving the tournament curiously poised. Dominica had come in atop the table.
On Thursday at the Botanic Gardens, St Vincent and the Grenadines met Saint Lucia, whilst Dominica faced Grenada at Windsor Park.
SVG were skittled out in a mere 27 overs for 133 runs. But Saint Lucia’s response turned out to be even more feckless, as they could muster just 124.
With Grenada earning a nervy win over Dominica, the 2015 title went to St Vincent and the Grenadines, with Dominica second, and Saint Lucia occupying the cellar position.
