The Saint Lucia Football Association has promoted Survival from the district of Mabouya Valley and Young Roots  from the district of Vieux Fort North of the Promotional League to the 2013 Premiere League.

The two teams placed first and second in the recently concluded Promotional League.

The St. Lucia Football Association would like to congratulate the two teams on their promotion and wishes them the best in the 2013 Premiere League.
