(PRESS RELEASE VIA SNO) – The Saint Lucia Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture has written to the senior leadership team of Flow, the island’s leading telecommunications service provider, to thank them for participating in the Chamber’s Power Breakfast Series and hosting the February 27th event “A Dialogue with Flow” at The Harbor Club in Rodney Bay, Gros Islet.
The short thank you letter commended Flow for their frank discussion and answers on the questions of the quality of service that was being experienced by customers and the substantial information provided to members. Special note was made of the candor with which questions were answered.
The Chamber noted that Flow was a long standing Chamber Member and thus it was good that the discussions regarding service quality to other Chamber Members could be held within a Chamber forum.
The Chamber at the Power Breakfast pointed out that it has always responded to concerns raised by members whether verbal or in writing and it utilizes various approaches to address these issues including creating opportunities for dialogue with other members, government or related agencies.
The Chamber Executive Director observed that the newly established “Getting Down to Business” was in direct response to letters written to it by its members and was designed to dialogue and work constructively with the Department of Commerce, Customs and the Royal St. Lucia Police Force as needs be.
The Chamber has noted positive results emanating from these conversations and representations and is confident that the “Dialogue with Flow” will similarly reap positive results in the form of improved services to the nation and the business community specifically.
The Chamber in its letter requested an indication of time lines when the improvements can be expected and continued dialogue with Flow on these and related matters.
