  1. I knw the alleged thief personally and after doing time in prison for murder. Back on the streets goin in and out on prison and the judge knows his criminal record and just slap him with a Pocket change fine to let him back in public again.. are we waiting for another murder again so he can go back in and eat the tax payers money?.

  2. Known criminals being let out for 1000 while people who acted in self defense with no history of violence are rotting away in prison for decades and these judges and magistrates sitting on their assess getting fatter and not doing any work. I understand there are magistrates at ecse who have not delivered a verdict in over a decade and getting rid of them (firing a judge) is very costly so nobody does anything about these lazy fools who don't have a conscience. How can you as a magistrate not see that your actions/inaction is causing the criminal justice system of our country to fall apart?

  3. What kind of msg is the magistrate sending to potential criminals out there? I think they're telling criminals to pose as police officers more to do crime because you know what we can afford the bail and theses crimes aren't being taken seriously.
