(SNO) — Saint Lucian allrounder Dalton Polius was adjudged man of the match, and fellow countryman Keddy Lesporis hit a half-century, as action continued in the 2019 Trinidad and Tobago Cricket Board (TTCB) Premiership 1 two-day competition.
The fixture at Wilson Road Cricket Ground saw Polius’s Clarke Road securing a draw against Victoria, whilst Lesporis’s Central Sports drew with PowerGen Penal at Felicity.
Polius took an incredible haul of five wickets for 73 runs for Clarke Road on the first day, when Victoria posted 247 all out. Clarke Road in response were 226 all out, Barbadian batsman Kyle Hope hitting 112.
In their second innings, Victoria were 30 runs without loss, before action was brought to a close.
In Felicity, Keddy Lesporis scored 82 runs for Central Sports, as they were held to a stalemate against Powergen. Central Sports closed the day on 189/7 in their second innings.
Earlier, Evin Lewis scored 75 runs for PowerGen Penal who posted 184 all out and 253 for seven, an overall lead of over 300.
