Prime Minister Dr. Kenny Anthony and his delegation met with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi today for bilateral talks, according to the India Times.
The prime minister was accompanied by External Affairs Minister Alva Baptiste, Minister of Sustainable Development Dr. James Fletcher and Permanent Representative to the United Nations (UN) Menissa Rambally.
Dr. Anthony is currently attending the 70th Regular Session of the UN General Assembly (UNGA 70) which opened at UN Headquarters on Tuesday, September 15.
Immediately after his speech at the UN Sustainable Development Summit, Modi got down to bilateral meetings on Friday. He first met with Dr. Anthony and later he held talks with President Sisi of Egypt.
