  2. Wish I had seen this person I would tell him or her what's on my mind and exactly why they behave like this.
    Grand dad always said persons who are nasty like this are rebellious in their minds, they are usually children who would sneak up at nights to watch their parents personal lives. They would do anything....

  3. its true most lucians are nasty but yall dont know how that got there. as far as i can see it is a bag with bottles and maybe plastic bags so to give the benefit of the doubt although this pic is down right embarrassing it could had been carried there by a dog , fell from a vehicle that was carrying rubbish , maybe washed up by some rain since we know cul de sac is pron for flooding or it was left by the people that clean the roadsides so that a truck can later pass which is sometimes weeks to pick it up i have seen that several times especially when they clean the gutters or cut grass and leave it at the side of the road

  5. HAHAHA CRAZY, ISN'T IT? I think if we use reverse physiology in Cul De Sac it just might work ! Put up a sign that says.

    " Love St.lucia Liter all you can keep our country dirty."
