A young pedestrian was injured in a vehicular accident on Chaussee Road on Monday, November 6, according to law enforcement officials.

Kayla Joseph, 11, of Carellie, Castries was struck by a motor vehicle after 5 p.m.

She complained of pain to her right leg and was transported Victoria Hospital by ambulance.
