I went to him for a procedure last week and everything was alright but when I returned this week and he examined me, I started feeling something for him.
Should I tell him how I feel or just forget about it?
Dear Confused Patient: If you know that he is married or has a girlfriend, I wouldn’t advise you to tell him; you don’t want to get yourself entangled in a love triangle.
If he’s single, maybe it is okay. However, if he is a real professional, he will not entertain any form of intimate relationship with his patients. Health care professionals are expected to operate under ethical and moral codes, though some of them don’t.
But if the man is taken, just forget about it, and let him focus on fixing whatever is wrong with your cat or whatever it is that is malfunctioning. That’s what’s more important. Or find another gyno.
This may just be a crush, by the way.
