The National Workers Union (NWU) will be holding its 3rd Triennial Congress of Delegates on June 28, 2013 at the Conference Room of the Royal St. Lucian Hotel under the theme “Consolidate for Survival.”

One hundred and forty delegates from 86 branches of the National Workers Union throughout the island will participate in the day’s proceedings.

At the opening ceremony of the Triennial Congress of Delegates, after the welcome address to be delivered by Acting Assistant Secretary General Cde Solace Myers of the NWU, Senator and Minister for National Security Phillip La Corbiniere will address the gathering. Solidarity messages from local, regional and international organizations will be read.
