PRESS RELEASE – A new industrial agreement has been signed between the Management of FirstCaribbean International Bank and the National Workers Union (NWU).
Over seventy (70) clerical and technical employees within the company’s operations in Gros Islet, Castries and Vieux Fort will benefit from the new industrial agreement.
Provisions included a seven percent (7%) general wage increase, performance incentives and a regime of fringe benefits. The new industrial package will run for a period of three years.
The agreement was signed in the presence of Mr.Andrew Quashie, Senior Labour Officer in the Department of Labour.
