New Saint Lucia carnival band Island Tribe ready for “The Big Bang”

(PRESS RELEASE) – There is fresh excitement brewing in the carnival arena with the pending launch of Island Tribe – the newest kids on the block.

Island Tribe formally unveiled its 2019 theme “The Big Bang”, sending the carnival landscape in a total frenzy.

The band, which is made up of upwardly mobile young millennials, is seeking to add some flare, class and noise to the Saint Lucia Carnival festivities.

Island Tribe`s Public Relations and Marketing Officer, Miss Pauline Francis, says the aim is to contribute to the evolution of mas thereby revolutionizing the carnival experience for hundreds of locals and visitors alike.

She says revelers, sponsors, and lovers of the arts continue to appeal for more quality options and Island Tribe is moving to fill that void.

The band plans to have a heavy presence from the French neighboring islands and the United States where it will roll-out major marketing campaigns in the coming weeks.

Island Tribe will officially unveil its costumes and 2019 packages at one of its three grand launches scheduled for February 10.

The “Follow The Arrow” band launch will take place on the Bayside at Reduit Beach in Rodney Bay and promises to savor the taste buds of carnival aficionados.
