The company and the NWU agreed to temporarily shelve a reclassification, slotting and adjustments exercise for a period of one year.
The media plant employees will now enjoy a nine percent general wage increase with three paid each year over three years. Transportation, meal and medical concessions will be upgraded in keeping with the competition.
The new industrial agreement will be signed shortly.
Meanwhile, the NWU is making every effort to complete negotiations with HTS.
