(PRESS RELEASE VIA SNO) – The Saint Lucia Labour Party is tonight hosting a National Pubic Meeting on the Castries Market Steps.

Political Leader Hon. Philip J. Pierre will lead a list of speakers who will inform the nation of the gross acts of mismanagement of our health services and the real state of the island’s economy.

The Saint Lucia Labour Party is inviting the nation to join other SLP Members of Parliament as they expose the truth behind the 2018/2019 budget that was crafted for friends, family and foreigners.

Speakers will address among other issues, the Hewanorra Airport affair, DSH and the witch hunt by the government on Saint Lucia Labour Party Parliamentarians.

The meeting starts at the Castries Market steps at 7:30pm and will be streamed LIVE on:

  1. Grant this to him. Mr. Pierre may be the SLP's ultimate politician. But he is not a great leader. Ok. Keep SLP in the headlines.

Now in opposition, there is nothing new that says that Mr. Pierre has the capability of developing any kind of positive vision for all Saint Lucia. This colonial politics, like Mr. Pierre, is dated. It has gone way past its shelf life. Do what you know best.

  2. SLP does not have the votes to overturn anything in the House. The political bark is worse than the bite. What is the point?

More than that, is the historical fact that no SLP sitting member has ever resigned, in principle, about anything that went very, very wrong in this party. This is not a party that shows that its members have at all, any kind of scruples. No siree.

SLP today, has no moral legs to stand on. Not ever since the disappearance of George F. L. Charles.

SLP does not have the votes, nor the moral reputation to represent truth. It has never had this. So, what is the point?

No government has ever resigned on the basis of party demonstrations in the parliament or in the streets. SLP what is the point?

  3. to say what ..
    keep saying vindictive
i have heard all of this before
