Everton Rommel Brathwaite, of no fixed place of abode, admitted to stealing two Shirley biscuits belonging to Andrew Murray when he trespassed into the Pinfold Holding Car Park, sometime between November 10 and 11.
He also pleaded guilty to breaking a glass case worth $500 belonging to Murray on the same day without a reasonable excuse.
An eyewitness saw Brathwaite breaking into the booth and running away.
Today he told Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant he had squandered two opportunities at drug rehabilitation but wanted help for his four-year-old addiction to crack cocaine.

If you remember this biscuit damn you're old!
