Local support service company helping businesses show some Christmas love

Local business support service, Outsource Saint Lucia has come up with a novel Christmas promotion to help local companies spread Christmas cheer among their customers and clients this holiday season.

The promotion dubbed “Santa Claus is Coming to Town,” is designed to help local companies find creative ways to express their appreciation to their valued customers and clients.

According to Managing Director Latoya Mitchell, the holidays and the ongoing economic crisis are two very powerful reasons to show loyal customers some love. It could make all the difference between you keeping your doors open or shut in 2013 she says.

Mitchell says too many businesses place too much emphasis on making sales and signing up new clients and not enough energy on keeping customers and clients happy once they’ve wooed them. Her simple philosophy?

“Happy customers means repeat customers.” Customers who won’t only keep coming back to you, but will happily recommend you to their friends and family. Regardless of the business you’re in, customer satisfaction is a critical component of any sustainable business model,” she says.

Mitchell says tough economic times make this even more critical and every customer doubly precious, especially since keeping existing customers happy is both easier and cheaper than going out and trying to find new ones. She says keeping them happy may be as simple as finding creative ways to show your customers you really appreciate their business, and thank you cards just aren’t enough anymore.

A good customer appreciation campaign she says is a smart investment for several reasons. In the case of Outsource Saint Lucia and their Christmas promotion, it might involve the services of Santa Claus himself and a full entourage of eager elves and helpers who will help businesses deliver corporate gifts; assist with in-house or in-store promotions; assist with existing customer appreciation events; or even surprise co-worker, clients or loved ones with a surprise delivery from Santa himself.

“Throughout the year we cater to a variety of companies, which require administrative and other support but do not have the time, money, space or other resources have the option of outsourcing those specific tasks rather than investing in the talent, space or equipment to get the job done. Why should the holidays be any different? We can take care of your customer appreciation promotion while you focus on managing the day to day operations of your business” Mitchell says.
