PRESS RELEASE – LIME upgraded our landline voicemail system and transferred it to a new platform in order to provide our customers with an improved voicemail service and greater reliability.
To notify customers of this upgrade a notice was placed in the weekend paper, social media, and television scroll and via an automated message to their landlines.
Due to a technical glitch, the automated message advising of the changeover was distorted and customers were unable to decipher the information.
The issue has since been rectified. We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.
To set up their mailbox and activate their voicemail service, customers can simply dial 269 from their LIME landline and follow the setup instructions. Our Voicemail service is free.
The default PIN is 1234. For their security, we urge customers to change it as soon as they have accessed their mailbox. If you require further assistance, please contact Customer Care at 1-(800)-804-2994.
Customers will still be able to access and replay voice messages saved prior to August 17, 2015 by dialing 268, for 3 weeks.
