PRESS RELEASE – The management of LIAT (1974) Ltd confirms that one of its employees is in police custody in Barbados assisting law enforcement officers with their investigations into a drug-related matter.

The employee in question was taken into custody on Tuesday shortly after arrival at the Grantley Adams International Airport on a flight from St. Lucia.

The management of LIAT wishes to indicate its full support for, and cooperation with, law enforcement authorities in relation to any investigations where its cooperation is required.
