John Compton Dam water level remains at 333.1 feet

PRESS RELEASE – The level of Reservoir at John Compton Dam has been recorded at 333.1 feet today, December 29th, 2015.  This represents no change in level which was recorded yesterday December 28th, 2015. Level at the same date last year December 29th, 2014 was 333.1 feet.

The following areas were supplied and are currently being supplied.

-Fond Cannie and Cacoa were supplied yesterday.

-Lower Ti- Chemin, Fond Assau, Chassin, Cabiche, Talvern & Hill 20

-La Borne

Critical Actions

-Fond Assau and Cacoa will be supplied today.

-Lower Ti Chemin, Fond Assau, Chassin, Cabiche, Talvern & Hill 20 are currently being supplied.

-La Borne will continue to be supplied today.

-Plateau is currently being supplied.

-Desrameaux, Ti dauphin, Ravine MaCok and environs will be supplied today.

All other communities are being served, whilst we will maintain the supply of water to the aforementioned areas, there may be inconsistencies due to demand or damages which may occur on the lines. WASCO ….water is life! Committed to meeting customers’ needs.

  1. Why do we continue naming Projects, Streets, Highways, Air Ports, Hospitals,
    City Squares, etc, after politicians and prominent people?
    We go as far as erecting statues of politicians on public property.
    I'm curious to know what we shall name after Dr. KDA. will a statue be o.k.?
