Lefco – St Lucia located in Vieux Fort is looking for an Accounting Clerk with QuickBooks experience to join their team.
The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for Customer Invoicing (Accounts Receivables), Managing Vendor Bills (Accounts Payable), Collecting Payments, Bank Reconciliation and Financial reporting.
• Minimum 2 year proven bookkeeping experience
• Strong Microsoft Office and Computer Skills
• QuickBooks experience a must
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Data entry skills
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
• Accounting Certificate – Preferred
