KINGSTON, Jamaica, Feb 17, CMC – Police have detained two men for questioning in connection with the death of a 59-year-old woman, who had been sexually assaulted and beheaded last week.

Police said the mutilated body of Valerie Thompson, of Clark’s Town in Trelawny, a parish in Cornwall County in northwest Jamaica, was found about 12 hours after she left home for her farm on Thursday.

They said that she also appeared to have been sexually assaulted.
