NEW YORK DAILY NEWS – A Texas woman was swept away by a tornado and killed as her horrified husband watched during a FaceTime call.
Petra Ruiz, 27, was among the victims in the recent tornadoes.
Ruiz was driving home from a hair salon in her Yukon SUV, and she put her phone in the vehicle’s cup holder as she talked to her husband Ruben Porras on video chat service FaceTime, according to the Dallas Morning News.
The mother of four screamed, and the image on Porras’ phone went dark.
“We were just talking about dinner, and all of a sudden she started screaming,” Porras Told CBS News.
