  1. Electrical fire eh? can that ever happen in a Hospital in St.Lucia? recently we had
what is believed to be a terrible fire caused by faulty wiring in Soufriere, but no
one have yet come forward to say definitely that it was caused by faulty wiring.
To complicate things worse, there were ghost water Hydrants all over the place
but were all empty; a place like Soufriere with so much water to spare, Hydrants
were empty. The representative for the Town should should hang his head in shame.
