article-foxx-0120NEW YORK DAILY  NEWS – Oscar winner Jamie Foxx was a real-life action hero Monday night — rescuing a driver from a burning vehicle.

Foxx, 48, wasted no time when he heard a violent wreck outside his gate in the secret celebrity enclave of Hidden Valley northwest of Los Angeles, a source confirmed to the Daily News.

The actor ran to the scene and saw the driver in distress inside the flipped over and smoking truck.

Cops said driver Brett Kyle, 32, was in a 2007 Toyota Tacoma when he traveled through a drainage ditch, struck a pipe encased in concrete and rolled multiple times.

“The vehicle came to rest on its passenger side and became engulfed in flames,” an incident report obtained by The News said.
